OPTIWIN 4 is a flexible order processing system that has been specially developed for glazers and small and medium-sized glass manufacturers. The system, which has been fully developed under a graphical user interface for operating systems from Microsoft Windows XP onwards, offers all the options of a commercial application and includes order entry, invoicing, purchasing and statistical evaluations. The 32-bit application can be used with the Microsoft database from SQL Server2000 upwards. OPTIWIN 4 is designed to handle all the challenges that can arise in modern pricing calculations. Price lists are becoming increasingly separated from customer prices. More and more customers are agreeing individual prices for products and services with their glass suppliers. OPTIWIN 4 allows you to save any number of customer conditions – tight down to individual articles. Customer-specific fixed prices per unit are easy to implement, including consideration of minimum areas for specific articles and customers. Discounts can be either shown visibly or calculated while remaining hidden – likewise on an individual customer basis.
